Jingle Bugs Rock was started in 2008 to help raise toys for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign which is conducted during December of each year and provides tens of thousands of toys to children across the Central Florida Area who would otherwise not have a Christmas at all. 

Since the ever increasing popularity of the Volkswagen at Old Town in Kissimmee, it was decided that by using this as a theme we would be able to supplement this effort by supplying even more toys and money to the Marine Corps for this cause.  And that we have done.  Over the last 3 years we have been able to provide well over three thousand toys, bikes, etc., and thousands of dollars.  In 2010, we actually filled two entire Marine Corps trucks!

The event is intended to be a fun filled experience with cars on display for all to see and there are all types of activities for the family including a live band, children's entertainment with the Herbie The Love Bug displays, a best decorated holiday car event, Santa, and of course all of the normal rides and entertainment that is found at Old Town.
